BENTLEY HORSESHOE TOURNAMENT

on Saturday, Aug. 10 and Sunday, Aug. 11, 2019

(Honoring past members)

***CAMPING available at the town campground right at the horseshoe courts, for $25 / night.  No hook-ups but washhouse with showers.  Call the town office NOW at 403-748-4044 to reserve a spot as it fills quickly for the rodeo weekend. (Tell them you are with horseshoes and they will try to get you as close as possible.) ***

 Extra prize money added!  Annual trophies engraved with class winners names.

 “Singles” play the first day.  “Fun Doubles” play the second day.

Register by 9 a.m. at the Bentley campground courts, or pre-register by calling 403-748-2154 or 403-748-3787 by the night before.  $10.00 entry fee per day.

 Names not necessarily needed on shirts, but encouraged. No short shorts or open-toed shoes.

Potluck get-together Saturday night.

 We need volunteers again to help to pull this off!  We are short of bodies.

 Rodeo Friday and Saturday evening at the nearby arena.  Cabaret.  Farmer’s Market Saturday afternoon.

Pancake breakfasts Thursday, Friday, and Saturday mornings by different organizations.

Parade Thursday.  Drive-in-movie on Friday night. 

Car show, Deja Brew craft wine & beer tasting Saturday afternoon, and fireworks Saturday evening.

Church service Sunday morning with potluck meal.  Lots of other stuff too.
